This group is for you if:
-People pleasing gets in the way of your life, relationships, work and you’d like to learn about it
-Perfectionism makes you place very high expectations on yourself
-You want to cultivate a more trusting and compassionate relationship with yourself but don't know how
-You say yes when you want to say no
-You fear confrontation and conflict
-Avoid things that would help you because of anxiety
-Being authentic feels tough or scary right now
-Struggle to attend to your needs, putting others above your own
-Unsure of your values, needs, and desires
-Don't actually know how to set or maintain boundaries
-Want to improve your self care practices and create routines for yourself
-Take responsibility for other people's emotions
-Fall into all or nothing thinking, catastrophizing, and/or worry
-You feel like you need control or struggle to deal with uncertainty
Who? If you are an adult in your 20’s-30’s and want freedom from people pleasing, anxiety, perfectionism, and a loud inner critic. If you are looking to find other people who can relate to feel less alone as well as learn the skills and tools to overcome these patterns, build up self-trust & self-compassion, learn to set and maintain boundaries, be more assertive and authentic, and live a life in accordance to your values and needs - this group is for you.
Where? Online, via zoom. For anyone in any state.
Day/Time: Tuesdays from 5:15-6:30 pm EST, once a week for a 12 week commitment (likelihood of an extension)
Group still forming, expected start date tbd and date/time flexible as of now
Fee: $65 per group session

Content: We will start group off with a mindfulness exercise, create and set weekly goals and intentions, I will go over handouts, tools, and resources on topics, journal prompts for insight building, and then open discussion to receive feedback and support from one another
This is a support group led in coaching style, not group therapy. No super-bills are able to be provided.
SOME TOPICS INCLUDED (we will discuss everyones needs the first session and tailor):
What is people pleasing & fawning, how it shows up in our life, what is behind people pleasing, beliefs and fears getting in the way, mindful self compassion skills, self-trust, identifying needs & values, what are boundaries, how to set and maintain boundaries, guilt & obligation, assertiveness skills, perfectionism, balanced self care, challenging all or nothing thinking, managing emotions, leaning into uncertainty, and more

Who? Women in their 30’s-40’s + who would like to deepen their codependency journey, connect with others who relate, learn about topics associated with breaking free from codependency, and building the relationship with yourself.
Please note this group has been running, we accept new members on a rolling basis. This is for someone who has a baseline knowledge of codependency and is ready to jump in deeper.
Where: Online, via zoom. For anyone, in any state.
Day/Time: Wednesdays from 4-5:15 pm est
Fee: $75 per group session, monthly commitments at a time. This is an ongoing long term group and you can leave at any point.
Includes: mindfulness exercise, open check in to share wins/challenges regarding codependency and recieve feedback and support from group, handouts/specific topics related and journal prompts for insight building, then open discussion regarding those topics to explore and share with one another.
This group is for you if:
-You’ve have a basic understanding of codependency and how it shows up for you but want to deepen your understanding, practice, and learn skills & tools to shift patterns and develop a better relationship with yourself
-You constantly put other people's needs, emotions, wants over your own
-You take on other people's problems and emotions as your responsibility and try to fix
-Fear of abandonment
-You say yes when you want to say no and people please
-You fear and hate confrontation and conflict
-Guilt, obligation, resentment, frustration, and shame tend to be recurring feelings for you
-You chronically care-give, rescue, and overextend and lose yourself in the process
-Experienced relational or attachment trauma
-Unsure of what your values, needs, and desires are
-Don't actually know how to set or maintain boundaries
-Want to improve your self care practices and create routines for yourself
-Have a high need for control
-Fall into all or nothing thinking, catastrophizing, and/or worry
-You feel like you need control or struggle to deal with uncertainty

SOME TOPICS INCLUDED (examples of past topics):
Exploring patterns of codependency, needs/values/wants inventory, codependent beliefs, mindful self compassion skills and exercises, self-trust, advanced boundary setting, guilt & obligation, assertiveness skills, perfectionism, balanced self care, enabling and rescuing, people pleasing & fawning, empathy vs detachment, parentification, somatic experiential exercises to connect mind-body, polyvagal theory
Who? Adults interested in exploring their relationship with alcohol. Thinking of taking a break or going sober, but unsure what to do and how to go about it. Or, interested in mindful drinking.
This group is to explore, discuss, receive support and accountability. Itll be a safe space to open up and judgement-free nor will anything be rigid or pushed on you.
Where: Online, via zoom. For anyone, in any state.
Day/Time: TBD depending on needs. Group still forming.
Fee: $65 per group session,
10 week commitment
Payment plans available.
Includes: Open space to share with one another, receive feedback and accountability. Reflection questions, journal prompts, mindfulness skills, other tools, and psychoeducation.
This group is for you if:
-Want to explore your relationship with alcohol and understand it better
-Are questioning if a break from alcohol is for you, if you are contemplating removing alcohol from your life, or wanting to be a more mindful drinker
-If you feel like you cope with stress and emotions with alcohol, believe you need alcohol to have fun, socially drink or binge drink
-If you want support and accountability regarding cutting back or pausing, without being shamed or pushed
-If you believe or want to learn that cutting back or taking a break or removing it for good can be helpful to you
-If you’d like to learn mindfulness skills and other tools along this journey
