Hi! I am an LCSW that offers coaching, support groups, workshops, and more. I take a holistic approach to well-being and believe becoming the best version of yourself means living a balanced, intentional life in alignment with yourself. One where you can take care of your own needs and prioritize wellness. I am here to empower you, support you, and create a community of like minded individuals seeking the freedom to live authentically. Together we will help you break free from people pleasing, perfectionism, codependency, neglecting yourself, chronic stress & burn out. We will help you listen to your intuition, build self-trust, develop mindfulness skills, break patterns that don’t serve you, and live in alignment to yourself. I will empower and guide you become more confident, assertive, mindful, and begin to cultivate self-compassion for a life that feels energizing and fulfilling.
My Services
Coaching
Individual one on one coaching services where we get to dive into your needs, create specific goals, intentions, and develop your skills and mindset to achieve your desired life. We will identify what gets in the way of your goals and start learning what your needs are and how to prioritize them. You will get weekly zoom calls with me as well as access to text for accountability and support.
Support Groups
Support groups are a wonderful way to connect with other like minded people going through the same challenges as you. Support groups are tailored to a specific theme or topic and will not only give you a space to explore your feelings with others, but will teach on topics, harness your skills, and help you develop strategies to manage emotions and make changes in your life toward your desired outcome.
In my support groups, I offer mindfulness exercises, journal prompts, handouts, and reflection questions to develop insight and understanding of whats getting in your way.
Workshops
Workshops are shorter term often 1-2 day experiences to learn about a topic, gain a ton of insight in a shorter period of team, and walk away with tools and tangible ways to shift your life when you leave. In my workshops, I will bring handouts, tools, experiential exercises, and prompts for your own exploration and self-discovery.

Learn how to speak up assertively, say no, set AND maintain boundaries
Become more self-compassionate and learn how to treat yourself with more kindness with practical tools and practices
Find the holistic outlets and strategies that actually work for you and stick
Develop self care in the right realms of your life
Learn somatic exercises, understand polyvagal theory to understand how stress impacts you and how to manage it to prevent burn out
Live in a state of alignment, balance, and feel more fulfilled in your life
Cultivate healthier relationships with others and yourself
